The following two options are available:

Inform Clickatell of the incident, but keep your number unblocked, or
Inform Clickatell of the incident and have your number blocked so as to not be able to receive any messages sent via Clickatell or its clients.

Please include you mobile number, the date and time you received it and the contents of the message (if possible) when completing the form.
